Michael Cameron: Broker, ABR, IMC, CDPE, GRI
Michael Cameron brings more than 23 years of financial services experience, and practical business implementation to his clients, including serving as Vice President at UBS Paine Webber and US Bancorp, where he managed nearly $100 million in individual investor assets. At PaineWebber, Michael ranked in the top 50 of his national peer group of more than 3400 individuals, achieving the elite National Pacesetter status. He also co-created and co-hosted a radio talk show called “The Wall Street Hour” which featured financial news, related topics and influential guests.
While at UBS PaineWebber, Michael Co-Founded a software startup called NetWorth Services (Google: NetWorth Services), which reconciles cost basis information for IRS form Schedule D. NetWorth Services’ products have been used by the Internal Revenue Service, Depository Trust & Clearing Corp, Edward Jones, KPMG, Morgan Stanley, as well as independent accountants and financial advisors worldwide. Michael was instrumental in developing the flagship NetBasis program, and served as the Chief Operating Officer until 2003. NetWorth Services is an ongoing company today with nearly $5mm in annual revenue.
Most recently in 2004, Michael launched Cameron Real Estate Services (CRES) in his hometown of San Diego, California. With extensive knowledge of the CA and AZ real estate markets, he began investing in rehab and flip real estate projects. In 2006, he was a top producer at Prudential California Real Estate, and in 2007 earned the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation. Michael was named among the Top 100 Realtors for 2009 and 2010 by readers of San Diego Magazine, and became a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) in 2010. Mike is currently a member of the National (NAR), CA (CAR) and SD Assoc. of Realtors (SDAR) and currently serves on the Budget and Asset Committee at SDAR, and also served as Co-Chair on the Investment Committee while serving in that committee for nearly 3 years at SDAR. Michael is active with the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM), and BIOCOM.
Michael also enjoys serving as Director at The Foundation for Personal Financial Planning (FPFE), a national non-profit organization that provides educational workshops to employees of government agencies and Fortune 500 companies. FPFE conducts hundreds of workshops each year on concepts related to personal financial management, estate planning, real estate principles, and asset allocation to name a few. Michael says “I love educating people, and providing them the personal power to take control of the decision making when it comes to their own financial future. Sarah Spence: Licensed Executive Assistant/Closing Manager
Sarah was born and raised outside of Chicago, IL. She moved to Boulder, CO in 2007 where she attended the University of Colorado. Sarah spent time working as a real estate assistant in her hometown of Hinsdale, IL during college where her interest was first peaked to further explore the industry.
In 2011, after earning a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, Sarah moved to San Diego to pursue her career in the real estate industry. Prior to working at Cameron Real Estate Services she served as a Short Sale Negotiator for a highly productive local group, handling several hundred properties each year. Her extensive background in business and finance has allowed her to excel in negotiations for successful short sale transactions. With a knack for real estate and a combined customer service skill set, Sarah is an ambitious and hardworking team player.
Gina Maxwell: Buyer Specialist
Gina is renowned for her innovative approach to the business of real estate, no matter what the product at question. “My entire focus is on providing the highest level of service to my clients,” says this up beat agent. “Every client has a unique set of needs and desires, and I make a point of tailoring my efforts to fit my clients´ individual requirements.”

Amy Maxwell Cameron: Buyer Specialist
Amy brings 20 years of exceptional customer service experience to the CRES Team, and has over 14 years of experience in business management and marketing. Amy started working for CRES in 2010, as a Client Service Specialist, and in 2012, she opened a unique day spa, The Salt Room La Jolla, so she could combine her passion of helping others with her extensive business management background. In 2014, Amy decided to put her real estate license to full time use and become a Buyer Agent. Amy’s hobbies include teaching yoga and meditation for stress relief and over all wellbeing.

Rio Cameron: Transaction Coordinator/Buyer Specialist
Rio Cameron was born and raised in San Diego and started her real estate career in 2009 when she began working in her family business as a Transaction Coordinator at Cameron Real Estate Services (CRES in San Diego).
As she quickly learned the family business of Real Estate and Financial Services, Rio also worked as an Assistant at Foundation for Personal Financial Education, a non-profit educational organization comprised of various financial professionals. Attorneys, Accountants, Financial Advisors, and other financial service professionals conduct instructional workshops on important financial topics, including retirement planning, financial management, estate planning, asset allocation, and more.
In 2012, Rio officially became licensed and registered with the CA Bureau of Real Estate (BRE), CA Association of Realtors (CAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR), and today continues to build on her experience and depth of knowledge in the field. In 2013, Rio was asked to join the Keller Williams Realty staff in Carmel Valley/Del Mar, and assists more than 200 agents in the processing of hundreds of real estate transactions annually.
Most recently in 2013, Rio also works as a Luxury Showing Assistant for The Louie Ortiz Group at Keller Williams Carmel Valley/Del Mar.
In her spare time, Rio takes a personal interest in health & nutrition, and spending time outdoors hiking and working out.
Nick Sanchez: Listing Agent
Nick Sanchez was born and raised in San Diego and began his Real Estate Career in 2012. After consolidating student loans for a non-profit government relief program, he acted on his incredible drive for success and began networking with many successful San Diego Real Estate Agents to map out his journey to the top. He began working as an Independent Transaction Coordinator managing hundreds of escrows for some of the top producers all over San Diego while studying Marketing and Real Estate.
In 2013, he was ready to make the transition and join a team that had the same drive for success and the mindset and motivation to achieve it. He began working for Cameron Real Estate Services (CRES) at Keller Williams Del Mar/Carmel Valley in 2013 where he continued to expand his knowledge and start working with buyers and sellers all over the San Diego.
